Yi-An Ko is an assistant professor of the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Rollins School of Public Health. She received her Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Michigan and joined Emory in 2014. She is currently the lead statistician of ECCRI. Her research involves the development and application of statistical methods in cardiovascular disease, epidemiology, risk prediction, and gene-environment interaction. She also teaches the ECCRI biostatistics lecture series.
